Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I bought my ticket in advance, but now I can’t come to the show. Can I get a refund?
A: Tickets are non-refundable.

Q: How is your seating done?
A: Seats are allocated by date of purchase. Tickets purchased the night of the show at the door will be seated first come, first served at remaining tables.

Q: My friend and I bought our tickets separately but we would like to be seated together. What can we do?
A: We do our best to accommodate parties that would like to sit together, and requests can be made by emailing regattabar@charleshotel.com with “Seating Request” in the subject line.

Q: Is there a walk-up box office at The Charles Hotel?
A: Not for advance tickets. Tickets can be purchased on The Regattabar website or if tickets are available on the day of the show, the onsite box office will open 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Patrons of The Regattabar can validate their parking tickets at The Charles Hotel garage for a $2 discount. Click here for full pricing information on Harvard Square parking rates. There are also several other garage and metered street parking nearby.

Q: When do the doors open?
A: Doors will open 30 minutes prior to a performance.

Q: Is The Regattabar wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you serve dinner at The Regattabar?
A: We offer a nice selection of appetizers and light fare. We suggest having dinner ahead of time at one of our three restaurants located in The Charles Hotel. Patrons of The Regattabar receive a 10% discount at Henrietta’s Table.

Q: Do I have to sit at my table, or can I just stand at the bar?
A: Our bar is a service bar, meaning it is not designed to accommodate guests. We prefer that you sit at your table, but you may also feel free to stand or dance in the back of the room.

Q. Are children allowed at shows?
A. The Regattabar is open to all ages, but we do require that children under the age of 13 are accompanied by a guardian.

Q. Is there a dress code?
A. The Regattabar does not enforce a dress code, but we do ask that attire be appropriate and non-offensive. It’s a night out! Look and feel your best.
